Values in thoughts and in any personal action an individual expresses at some particular moment, for the most part, yes, are those that person has learned -- if not from a structured religious or spiritual environment than haphazardly from the roughshod lessons of Life itself. Thank God for spiritual teachers and leaders like yourself helping to hold Society together with such yardsticks!Dan Bodinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01663726088055350421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2450122250254767202.post-14546154268550760242016-02-25T18:33:54.618-08:002016-02-25T18:33:54.618-08:00I have not spoke to anyone who has died and came b...I have not spoke to anyone who has died and came back from the dead, nor have I heard Yeshua speak to me in "real" words, but I do "believe" that what he said so many years ago that there will be a resurrection. SO, I believe that when die, I will be 6feet in the ground and when Yeshua decides to resurrect me I will be where he decides to place me. No, heaven is not my goal. My goal is to live a life on this earth that honors my Creator and Father, who Yeshua came to reveal to mankind. All the other "stuff" is just speculation.boerfarmerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00228243519116617598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2450122250254767202.post-49166968867456611882016-02-25T15:00:13.432-08:002016-02-25T15:00:13.432-08:00Yes, Rabbi Leynor!

The world would be a much better place if more people practiced their TOV in this manner. But that it is more through a shared-remembrance that we acknowledge our defeat and loss, the tragic if you will.

I would say that most religions and people in general have this belief, that the wins and the losses are a natural part of living - the ebb and flow. Personally, the most tragic event in my life has made me grow more than I ever imagined possible. It taught me emotionally, psychologically, and even spiritually more than could any victory or accomplishment.

I have great respect for those of faith, at times I wish I could have some and believe in a higher power. I truly appreciate the sentiment of bringing the world closer to redemption by committing to do acts of good TOV. Everyone should live by that philosophy.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03725761563054396375noreply@blogger.com
