The stories of the three men above make it clear that what happened in Nazi Germany is part of Christian Biblical Heritages. However, Explorers of the Bible and Biblical Heritages quickly learn to ignore the umbrella term “Christians.” The total population of Germany in 1939 was 79,375,281: 42,862,652 (54.0%) Protestants and 31,750,112 (40.0%) Catholics.
