I
created the Linguistic Guideline to help people more accurately discover the
meanings of words in the Bible. Later I created the Primary Guideline to
provide rules for members of our meetings to follow, so they would explore
instead of defending their beliefs. The two Guidelines totally changed the
environment of our meetings. Two unexpected consequences emerged as people used
them. Safe open environments in which honest
discussions took place and that increased transparency in everyone’s belief
