We now know
the word “Ten Commandments” do not appear in the Hebrew
text of the Torah Scroll (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, or
Deuteronomy). English translators should have translated the Hebrew words “Ten
DEVARIM” as “Ten Words” or “Ten Legal Sayings.”
