Over 35 years ago, Dr. Ike Tennison, Rabbi Jeffrey Leynor and I spent a lot of time comparing the Torah in Hebrew, with its Greek translation, the Septuagint. What Was the Source of the Wisdom Jesus Taught?

 

The Torah was the main Source of the wisdom Jesus taught. Jesus provides the most important clue in Matthew 25:34: “Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.” Who did Elohim bless? Jesus was Also a Sage and Wisdom Teacher

 

Jesus taught an “eternal life” message, but no “Messianic Figure” was going to come with warrior angels and destroy the Roman Empire. The people that entered Eternal Life did acts of Tzedaqah – gave food to the hungry, gave drink to the thirsty, gave shelter to the homeless, gave clothes to the naked, visited the sick, and went to those in prison.
